Orange Lion Guest House was founded in September 2011. Its founder is an Ethiopian who moved from Ethiopia to The Netherlands many years ago. Still dedicated to the well being of Ethiopia, he returned to his country to start several social projects for the less fortunate. One of his reasons to set up Orange Lion Guest House was to raise money for social projects that target the most vulnerable people in Ethiopia. Therefore, a large part of the profit of this guest house is used to support local projects that create employment, empowerment and capacity building. Orange Lion Guest House supports projects that give better perspectives to youngsters of the lower social class and people with a disability.
